Christmas pannacotta

Ingredients

300 ml cream with any fat percentage
75 ml Dansukker Multipurpose Jelly Sugar
1 cinnamon stick
5 cloves

Jelly
150 ml apple juice
75 ml Dansukker Multipurpose Jelly Sugar
2 tbsp chopped marinated ginger

Instructions

Bring the cream to the boil over a low heat for 2-3 minutes. Add jelly sugar and let it boil for another 30 seconds. Sieve away the spices.

Pour into four glasses. Put in the refrigerator to set. Spread the ginger evenly into the glasses.

Bring juice and jelly sugar to the boil and let it cool off for a while before pouring it into the glasses.

Store in the refrigerator until serving. The pannacotta can also be served without jelly.
