500 g mixed berries and/or fruit
200 g Dansukker granulated sugar
200 ml water
2-3 sprigs fresh mint
Rinse and pick over the berries and/or fruit. Place them in a bowl. Combine the sugar, water and mint sprigs in a pan, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Leave to cool. Remove the mint sprigs. Pour the marinade over the berries and/or fruit and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Distribute the fruit salad on plates.
