Melon gazpacho

400 g honeydew melon
150 ml medium dry white wine
25-50 ml (75 g) Dansukker Fructose

Ice cubes
Fresh berries

Peel and deseed the melon. Dice the flesh and liquidise with the wine in a blender. Add fructose to taste. Serve cold with ice cubes and berries.
