6 fresh figs
1/2 dl Dansukker Light Syrup
1 dl Pernod
Butter or margarine
Muscovado ice cream
Rinse and quarter the figs. Melt the butter or margarine in a frying pan and add the figs. Pour over the syrup and Pernod and simmer until thick. Arrange the figs on four small plates. Serve with ice cream.
