  • 200 ml low-fat crème fraîche
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 20 g Dansukker Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
  • 600 ml meringues, crushed


  • 250 g berries of your choice (cut large berries up)
  • 100 ml water
  • 75 g Dansukker Icing Sugar


  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped (optional)

Start with the sauce. Combine the sauce ingredients in a pan and boil for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Whip the cream with the two sugars until firm. Stir the low-fat crème fraîche into the cream. Layer the mixture with the meringues and berry sauce. Sprinkle with the nuts and serve immediately.
